Video disqualified for unoriginal content after already being disqualified for original content and them accepting the appeal

So I just noticed that a video I post that got disqualified for unoriginal content got disqualified again after I appealed the original disqualification and it was accepted, but now there’s no option to appeal it has this ever happened to anyone?
